1. To qualify for member rates, you must be a member in good standing of CPRS or a GA member organization as of February 26, 2010.

2. For qualifying practitioners, this rate includes full paid membership for one year.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds, less a $75 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing no later than February 22, 2010. No refunds will be issued after this date. Substitutions will be accepted up to and including registration on-site. CPRS Ottawa reserves the right to amend programs.
